David Perry, principle of Okanagan Land Company property services is adding his consulting experience to help clients in the Land Development field. David's extensive background and contacts in politics has given him a depth of experience that few other Real Estate Services can provide and his accumulated knowledge of the OCP process, public hearings and public debate give him a unique skill set. He currently provides guidance and lobbying support to development initiatives that need to be moved through the City Hall process. His familiarity and comfort level with Mayors, Councilors and City Staffs make him a valuable addition to any development team. As well David has developed considerable expertise over 20 years with work on Aboriginal Development issues. While this is still considered a daunting field for many development companies the reality is that many Bands in British Columbia in particular are seeking Economic Development opportunities and are looking for development partnerships.
